We provide digital services and deliver all work electronically (no physical shipping).

Delivery time

Most services are delivered within 1 to 72 hours, depending on the service type, workload, and the availability of required information from the customer.

Delivery method

Digital deliverables are delivered via:

WhatsApp, and/or
Email (to the customer’s registered email)

Customer responsibilities

To begin the service, the customer may need to provide required materials (texts, brand details, references, files). Delays may occur if the required materials are not provided on time.

Refund note

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Generally, once the service has started or has been delivered, refunds may not be available depending on progress and delivery status.

نحن نقدم خدمات رقمية ويتم تسليم جميع الأعمال إلكترونيًا (لا يوجد شحن مادي).

مدة التسليم

عادة يتم تنفيذ وتسليم الخدمات خلال 1 إلى 72 ساعة حسب نوع الخدمة وحجم العمل وتوفر المعلومات المطلوبة من العميل.

طريقة التسليم

يتم تسليم الملفات/المخرجات الرقمية عبر:

الواتساب و/أو
البريد الإلكتروني (على البريد المسجل للعميل)

مسؤولية العميل

قد نطلب من العميل تزويدنا بمواد لازمة لبدء العمل (نصوص، تفاصيل العلامة، مراجع، ملفات). وقد يحدث تأخير في حال عدم تزويدنا بالمعلومات المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب.

ملاحظة الاسترجاع

يتم التعامل مع الاسترجاع حسب سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا. وبشكل عام، بعد بدء تنفيذ الخدمة أو بعد تسليم العمل قد لا يكون الاسترجاع متاحًا بحسب حالة التنفيذ والتسليم.
