Because we provide digital services and digital deliverables, refund eligibility depends on the service status.
1) Before Work Starts
If you request cancellation before we start working, you are eligible for a refund.
Non-refundable payment processing fees may apply (if charged by the payment provider).
2) After Work Has Started
If work has already started, refunds may be partial or not available, depending on:
- the amount of work completed,
- time spent,
- and whether any deliverables have been provided.
3) After Delivery / Completion
Once the digital service is completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law.
4) How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@risha-d.shop with:
- Order number
- Service name
- Reason for the request
We may request additional details to evaluate the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay support and processing.

نظرًا لأننا نقدم خدمات رقمية وتسليمات رقمية، فإن الاسترجاع يعتمد على حالة تنفيذ الخدمة.
1) قبل بدء التنفيذ
إذا طلبت الإلغاء قبل بدء تنفيذ الخدمة فيحق لك استرجاع المبلغ.
قد تُخصم رسوم معالجة الدفع (إن وُجدت) حسب مزود الدفع.
2) بعد بدء التنفيذ
إذا بدأ تنفيذ الخدمة، فقد يكون الاسترجاع جزئيًا أو غير متاح حسب:
- نسبة الإنجاز،
- الوقت المستغرق،
- وهل تم تسليم أي ملفات/مخرجات رقمية أم لا.
3) بعد التسليم / اكتمال الخدمة
بعد اكتمال الخدمة وتسليم العمل الرقمي، غالبًا لا يكون الاسترجاع متاحًا إلا إذا كان ذلك مطلوبًا بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها.

- رقم الطلب
- اسم الخدمة
- سبب طلب الاسترجاع
قد نطلب تفاصيل إضافية لدراسة الطلب، ونرد خلال وقت مناسب.
5) النزاعات والاسترجاعات البنكية
إذا واجهت مشكلة، تواصل معنا أولًا لحلها. فتح نزاع بنكي دون محاولة الحل قد يؤخر المعالجة والدعم.
